This beet cultivator is used to deal with problematic weeds and previous crop growth between the rows of crops. Because beet crops grow so slowly, it is important to free the field of weeds as early as possible. Use of the protective sheets or protective discs for the plants means the crops are protected during cultivation. The beet cultivator itself is constructed with a special support pipe with two-point and three-point guiding coulter discs which can be steered automatically and are mounted on springs and slanting rollers. The parallelogram itself is attached to a special support pipe with a ball-bearing mounted Farmflex wheel. It can be adjusted to any row width using a screw. One of the advantages not only of this cultivator, but of the entire range of implements, is the capacity they have for quick and simple modifications to use them for various crops and operations.
