Description

Laser Levelling Blade is used for levelling of sloping fields. This machine ensures to levelling of field on necessary level. Leveling of agricultural fields plays an important role in growing of plants. Operating Instructions 1- Attach the Laser Levelling Blade to the tractor by means of draw bar. 2- Attach the Oil Tank Pump which is on the Laser Levelling Device to the tractor PTO shaft. 3- Mount the Laser Control Box inside of the tractor cabin. (with electrical cables) 4- Engage a reflective mirror to the scale which is on the Laser Levelling Machine. 5- Open the side vanes and tyres of laser levelling blade at the same time when entering to the field. 6- Take the tripod from its place at the back of the leveller and place it on a suitable place on the field. 7- Take the transmitter and screw it on to the tripod and press open button. 8- As seen in the picture, ground level data are taken by the levelling device in the field (Here, data has been taken from 3 different place). 9- Mean value of the taken values will give field slope. For example**, if 3 values are 46, 43 and 40, total of these values is 129. So mean value will be 129/3=43 (Picture A). 10- According to this, smooth levelling is done in the field. This number shows thickness of soil you must carry.
