Slurry separator with pump Bioselect RC

The Boerger RC – simply excellent. The Bioselect BS keeps to the essentials – the separation of solids and liquids. The Bioselect RC with the Multi Disc (a rotating, high solids seal disk) is available as a standard machine and also as an automatic model. The degree of thickness can be adjusted using the pressure spring. The solid matter presses against the Multi Disc, an attached scraper causes the granular sludge to fall down. This patented design does not require hoppers or storage tanks. The Bioselect RC is very easy to install. Connect the pipes, attach the power supply and it's ready to use. Very long sealing plug in front of the co-rotating, pre-tensioned Multi Disc (sealing disk) – penetration is almost impossible from a structural perspective. Gentle contact between auger and screen, thus ensuring that there is virtually no rubbing wear on the auger and screen. Drainage and press channels are positioned one after the other. This special design protects the screening area from damage.
