Concrete bunker wall L series

The L retaining wall is a thinner version without buttresses. As a result, this retaining wall falls within a lower price category than our buttressed walls. The minimum height of this retaining wall is 50 cm, while its maximum height is 600 cm. There are 2 types of L retaining walls in 2 different configurations: the L retaining wall, the L retaining wall with heel, the L retaining corner and the L retaining corner with heel. Certified manufacture The concrete used is high-density and smooth C60/75 high-strength concrete. Environmental classification is category XA3, the highest of its kind. In addition, this retaining wall is manufactured and certified in accordance with Eurocode, CE and KOMO. It therefore carries a standard 15-year factory warranty. Bunker silo wall load capacity Bosch Beton supplies L bunker silo walls with heels and without heels. The version with a heel is self-supporting, while the version without a heel is not. The self-supporting version can handle an axle weight of 10 tonnes. If used with a sand embankment, an axle weight of as much as 15 tonnes is permitted. In certain cases, a sand embankment behind the retaining wall is required to guarantee sufficient stability. The walls are connected to one another with the use of a unique, round, synthetic coupling strip system. Unique characteristics As a unique characteristic, the bottom part of this retaining wall is thickened by 2 cm. This acts as a buffer and as extra protection against corrosion caused by effluent. Retaining walls with 14 cm-thick feet are available by special order.
