This machine plants the block through a plastic film unrolled on the soil. It features electro-pneumatic distribution, i.e. the movements of the mechanism are actuated by pneumatic jacks, controlled by electromagnetic valves synchronized by a programmable automaton. An innovating spade mechanism perforates the plastic film without tearing it, to avoid the growth of weeds. Thus a hole of 4 cm x 4 cm makes it possible to receive the block without having to care about resumption. Planting supply is carried out in lines blocks strip. Output is up to 15,000 blocks/hour for 2 operators. A spade system perforates the plastic film vertically and deposits the block in the soil in a 4 cm wide hole. Air is supplied by a compressor and a filtration/drying unit. The compressor is powered by the tractor's power take-off for tractor mounted models, and by a hydraulic engine in the self-propelled version. This machine comes in versions for 3.4 or 5 rows. Row spacing is set according to the customer's requirements
