Cutting hedges and windbreaks is often a major challenge for both the human body and the hedge trimmer, but Elkær trimmer bars make the task easier than ever. They can be mounted on garden and park machines, compact machines, lightweight tool carriers as well as large tool carriers for maintaining and cutting all types of hedges and windbreaks. Our trimmer bars can handle horizontal, diagonal and vertical cuts and are available in working widths from 130 to 300 cm. They can also handle branch thicknesses up to 90 mm. Trimmer bars work well when combined with Elkær tool frames. This Trimmer Bar has a working width of 300cm. It cuts branches of up to 50mm in diameter. It is usable for the maintenance of all kind of hedges, that are maintained on a regular basis. Due to the working width of 300cm, this trimmer bar is extremely well suited for the maintenance of high hedges and shelterbelts alongside a farm fields.
