Esma mobile grain dryers come in various models in BABY - SMALL - MEDIUM and LARGE sizes depending on loading capacity; in the standard version they feature single or dual axle, loading auger Ø 150 - 200 - 250 - 300, central auger Ø 273 - 368 - 450, adjustable stabilized supports, two-stage diesel burner, cardan joints with protections, current generator, dual internal mixer for more uniform drying, spirit levels on frame, stainless steel outer panelling, inspection door, manual greasing system with easily accessible greasing points even with the machine operating, forced air static cleaner on central auger complete with interchangeable grilles, control panel on dryer comprising all start/stop commands, control elements e.g. safety system pilot lights and air and product thermostats, mobile aluminium inspection ladder, single discharge, fuel tank, 2.5 mm perforated sheet metal structure. All parts of our standard version can be customised: electric or electric and PTO start, two-stage diesel burner with heat exchanger or LPG or methane burner, normal or modulating, control panel with PLC or PLC with modem, TOUCH or TOUCH PLC and TOUCH PLC with modem, automatic greasing system; in the version with telescopic lift it can be accessorized with 12/24 volt reducer, dual discharge, electrical loading auger and discharge auger, hopper in various sizes, dust collection and control system by means of dust extractor on top, in compliance with current Italian emission regulations, with connection to decantation cyclone or sleeve filter, roof available in various materials and customisations, type approval for road circulation and many other features.
