Description

With these machines, a noticeable increase in shaking performance is achieved and this means a significant reduction in harvesting costs. The patented tool for fastening the fruit shaking belt without a ladder. At Feucht, we always strive to offer our customers the greatest possible economic efficiency and safety when operating our machines. Traditionally, people were forced to use a ladder to attach the steel cable to the branches. This time-consuming and sometimes dangerous process is finally a thing of the past with the patented telescopic rod. Using a sophisticated hook-eyelet technology, the operator can attach the steel cable to the branches from the ground and remove it after the shaking. Work method The strap attached to the cable is laid on the branch using the telescopic rod hook. Using the telescopic rod hook, the strap eyelet is hooked onto the cable hook. This is followed by shaking the tree with the fruit shaker OS and unhooking the strap eyelet with the telescopic rod hook. With the telescopic rod hook, the strap eyelet and the cable are laid on the ground. Benefits •time savings of at least 50% thanks to faster attachment of the fruit strap for the tree fruit shaker •no risk of accidents when attaching the fruit strap to the branch or tree due to branches or •parts of the tree breaking off or poorly secured or breaking ladders •no ladder is needed for fastening •individual adaptation of the length to the working situation •consists of aluminium, therefore particularly light
