Description

PREMIA mechanical seed drill has features that make all the difference, like the HELICA distribution system that provides high quality seeding, and the systems for easy loading, emptying and adjusting. With both the single-disc and Suffolk coulter versions, you can seed any size of seed and expect great results. We have also put a special focus on the settings of the PREMIA seed drill. Plant any size of seed with precision! HELICA distribution: precise, versatile, reliable HELICA volumetric seed metering by fluted rollers is suitable for all seed sizes and shapes. The distribution system is capable of application rates between 1.5 - 450 kg/ha. It is accurate and precise throughout the whole operation. It provides regular seeding rates and distribution in the row, even on slopes and uneven ground and is unaffected by vibrations. The PREMIA metering system is controlled by the seed drill's two wheels via a 6-cam selector. Rotation is uniform to ensure reliable control and regular flow which is ideal for fine seeds at low application rates. Demand high seeding quality After the plough or stubble cultivator, opt for the single-disc model The seeding units are in two rows, offset by 32 cm: effective operations are ensured even in difficult conditions. Coulter pressure is high at 32 kg per unit so you can maintain a sufficient seeding depth in hard ground and carry out deep seeding at high speeds. The small angle of the disc reduces soil movement to a minimum when moving forward which is very appreciable at high speeds. A cast iron seeding tip, positioned in line with the disc, consolidates the furrow and positions the seed precisely.
