Description

Bale cutter PRONAR PB-1.5 EW is mainly designer to cutting bale of haylage and staw. It can also be used for transport bales to feeding place or loading mixer wagons with holding of foil or net. Bale cutter is and accessory for fron loaders, telescopic handlers, skids with EURO fastening mounting system. REPLACEABLE TEETH Teeth made of abrasion-resisting steel so that risk of damage is lower, slower blunting, time of using is longer. Posibility of quick dismounting of teeth in case of braking reduces loosing of time during works on the field and makes it easier to sharpen. SCREWED FORK Frame of bale cutter is equipped with fasten elements to front leader and has screwed horizontal fork used to holding of bale In case of damage there is possibility for quick and easy changing for new one. ROTATABLY MOUNTED FRAME In frame of bale cutter there is rotatably mounted frame which in front is equipped with replaceable knives cutting the bale, so that achieved large operating angle of bale cutter. REGULATED BUMPER On the frame thre is mounted regulated bumper with hydraulic holder for foil or net. Regulation of bumper allows proper cutting of bale in different sizes. Operating range of bale cutter is bales with diameter from 1,2m to 1,5m. HYDRAULIC INSTALATION Opening and closing of frame is achieved by two hydraulic cylinder. To launch there is neccessary to have one pair of hydraulic connectors. HYDRAULICALLY OPERATED FOIL HOLDER Closing of holder (grabbing of foil) is achieved in the moment of starting squeezing of bale. Opening of holder (releasing of foil) is achieved in the moment of maximum opening of teeth
