Overview
VegKing is an affordable, reliable processing line designed for bundling, labelling and trimming of leafy vegetables and herbs. The line automates elastic-banding (via the Cyklop AXRO elastic binder), offers adjustable conveyor speed and binder timing, and can be equipped with labelling and cutting/trimming options.

Key features

• Integrated Cyklop AXRO elastic binder places an elastic band automatically around the product bundle; elastic is supplied from a large roll, tied and cut automatically.
• Multiple types and colours of elastic available; tension around the bundle is adjustable.
• Two narrow conveyor belts are movable and product holders are interchangeable to accommodate many product types with a single machine.
• Infinitely adjustable conveyor belt speed; adjustable timing for the Cyklop AXRO binder.
• Frame entirely stainless steel; conveyor belts are food-grade.
• Standard machine length 1900 mm suitable for two people feeding (approx. 2,500 bundles/hour). Longer versions available, enabling up to ~4,000 bundles/hour.
• When bundling, the elastic band is wound from a roll, brought around the product, knotted and automatically cut off.
