Large agricultural incinerator with a loading chamber up to 750kg. Top loading agricultural waste incinerator for securely disposing of Pig, Sheep, Poultry waste and assorted by-products. Installed on some of the worlds largest pig and sheep farms for reliable and rapid destruction of fallen stock. The SB is designed to help maintain your site biosecurity providing an instant solution to the disposal of fallen livestock safely. Robust and able to be installed virtually anywhere, this machine is ideal for farms, abattoirs and other food processing plants. Benefiting from a 1.54m3 loading chamber capable of holding up to 750kg of waste the equivalent to approximately 255 average-sized chickens or 9 ewes. Constructed with an advanced triple-layered refractory, and reinforced concrete loading impact zone for consistent quality results. Up to 40% more fuel-efficient than similar-sized competitor machines. Reduce your waste disposal costs by managing it all on-site. Having very low running costs with an average 50kg of waste requiring on average only 6-7 litres of fuel to dispose of. Managing your own incineration process greatly increases your site biosecurity giving you more control of visitors to your site alongside rapid response in time of need such as outbreaks of Avian Influenza, Foot and Mouth Disease and African Swine Fever.
