OverviewPrecise use of machinery for sustainable soil protection and optimized use of resources. Guidance with Fendt relieves the driver through wayline guidance types, turning modes and automatic headland management, enabling precise work with greater comfort and concentration even during long working days.
Efficient working by relieving the driverFendt's guidance system keeps the machine on the desired track so the driver can focus on the implement. Precision work reduces operating costs, saves time, improves consistency and reduces driver fatigue.
Positioning with GPS and receiverFor guidance applications the machine is equipped with a satellite receiver. GNSS position data alone can lead to deviations up to +/- 12 metres due to orbit errors, atmospheric influences and reflections. For standard agricultural applications, DGPS correction increases positional accuracy to approximately +/- 15 to 30 centimetres.
Perfection with Real Time Kinematic (RTK)For centimetre-range tasks correction data is transmitted by radio or mobile phone. RTK provides the highest accuracy and enables precise, repeatable field data for follow-up work and tasks that require utmost care (for example precise application of inputs).
Receiver – the choice is yoursYou can equip the guidance system with either a Trimble or a NovAtel satellite receiver. Depending on the application and requirements, two levels of accuracy are available: standard (DGPS) or RTK.
Fendt Guide – Fendt's guidance systemFendt Guide is the core guidance system including basic guidance lines. It can be expanded with digital products such as Fendt Contour Assistant, Fendt TI Headland and Implement Slope Compensation to increase functionality and accuracy.
Guidance typesFields with uneven boundaries, obstacles, permanent crops and other complex field shapes are supported by multiple guidance types that match different use cases:
- A-B Line
- A+ Angle
- Curve
- Adaptive Curve
- Circle
- Contour segments
- Single contour
- Single Contour Segments
- Coverage guidance
Fendt TI Headland and related functionsTI Headland enables saving and recalling repeat processes for clean headlands. Fendt TI Auto uses position data to activate saved sequences automatically at the headland line. TI Turn Assistant adds automatic turning sequences with selectable turn types (Bed mode, U-Turn, Y-Turn, K-Turn) to automate headland turning and optimize soil protection and efficiency.
Implement Guidance and Slope CompensationImplement Guidance controls implements (seeders, cultivators, etc.) so they stay on the specified track independent of tractor position. Implement Slope Compensation counteracts implement drift on slopes by applying a correction value so that passes match cleanly without manual correction.
High Speed GuidanceFendt High Speed Guidance enables guidance applications at higher speeds (up to 40 km/h instead of 25 km/h) to increase productivity and machine utilization. It is currently available for the Fendt 800 Vario.
Free test phase of software productsThe following Fendt software products can be tested for 30 days:
- Contour segments
- Single contour
- Single Contour Segment

- Implement Slope Compensation
- Variable Rate Control (including Zone Control and Spot Spraying)
- Section Control (including Tramline Control)
FendtONE offboardFendtONE offboard enables management of field boundaries and waylines in a uniform dataset for the entire fleet, ensuring consistent field data quality across machines.
