The TW20 forklift truck has a two-tonne load capacity and is equipped with a 25 hp internal combustion engine. It belongs to Agrimac's medium-sized range. It is the heir to the old TW20 in terms of performance and size, but with the latest innovations in systems and equipment.
The TW20-4PL model is powered by the 25 hp Perkins 403J-17 engine. In these case the power output is less than 19 kW, so the truck does not have a particulate filter. This means big savings in filter regeneration for both mechanics and operators. In addition to this, there is the saving of these two engines with low consumption and high work capacity.
Like the rest of Agrimac's trucks, the TW20 model is equipped with an in-wheel travel motor. This configuration of four hydraulic motors on the axle of each wheel determines the design of the machine. It is a vehicle without differential bridges, i.e. it is lighter because it has fewer components, while retaining its load and work capacity.
Savings in components automatically mean savings in maintenance and spare parts, which also translates into cost-effectiveness. A truck with in-wheel motors has a much lower TCO and cost per working hour than a truck with differential axles.
