Agripolyane produces black, black/white, black/green, white/green 3-layer silage films.
The white side, facing the sky, reflects the heat and prevents the excessive warming of the stored goods. In the same time, the black side ensures a total opaqueness, which is necessary to maintain the qualities, in particular nutritional, of the stored goods. The structure of Agripolyane’s tri-layer silage films limits gas evacuation compared to mono-layer films. This enables a better fermentation of the stored goods, and thus offers a better quality of animals’ food, so the milk production is increased. For silage, it is advised to use films with a width from 125 to 150 µ. Agripolyane’s silage films are UV-stabilized for one year or more and can be produced until an 18-meter width.
Agripolyane’s new generation silage films are designed from polymers offering a high resistance (metallocene). Thus, it is possible to manufacture thinner (110-125 µ) but safer and more resistant films than the classic ones.
Lately, Agripolyane has developed very thin (35-45 µ) under layer films to be put under the silage film thus improving the quality of siled feed.
