Overview
The Hydra Light cattle crush enables safe, calm and efficient preparation of cows for medical and hoof procedures while minimizing operator strain. It features a wide entrance suitable for all breeds and soft, supportive belly bands and leg supports to maximize animal comfort. Suitable beyond routine hoof care, the unit also serves as a workspace for artificial insemination, Caesarean sections and controlled medication administration.

Advanced Hydraulic Efficiency
Built from hot-dip galvanized steel, this 800 kg hydraulic crush uses a silent oil pump to drive 9 hydraulic functions, including the front gate, rear tube, dual 18 cm belly bands (750 kg lifting capacity) and front/rear leg lifts with front support pedals. The platform rests on an 18 mm rubber mat and includes a 50 cm hydraulic elevator to set an ergonomic working height. Standard power is 400V; a 230V, 4 kW motor is available on request. The workspace is equipped with three LED worklights, a rotating grinder holder with integrated power socket and two dedicated knife holders.
