Description

The Maxivigne is a combined machine which offers the functions of a soil loosener and also a stubble breaker. The machine is fitted with two rows of discs and one row of TCS 20x590 blades. Mulcher discs Ø560 mm are mounted on 3D security system with percussion spring 30x30 mm. They allow to work the soil surface to do a mechanical weeding and a perfect levelling and crumbling of the soil surface. Agrisem’s patented blades loosen the soil in depth (until 25 cm) with no disturbance of horizons. These blades allow doing a homogeneous work in depth on all the working width for a better roots development. The Maxivigne does a complete work in the inter-row with an intensive mixing of weeds in soil surface and a vertical cracking in depth. This two working operations could be realized in one pass with a single machine. The Maxivigne is available from 1,20 m to 2,20 m. • Combined equipment soil loosener / stubble-breaker with independent discs • Under frame clearance: 60 cm • 3D security system with percussion spring 30x30 • High security SR hubs without lubrification • Optimal disc angles with positive pitch to save power • Mulcheur discs Ø510 mm • Reinforced frame, with 100x100 mm beam holding discs and 120x120 mm beam holding blades • Tractor top link coupling cat. n° 1 or 2 • TCS 20X590 blades • Shear bolt security • Hydraulic adjustment of working depth • Hydraulic folding of roller • Side deflector
