Main (top) supplementary lighting lamp AgroLED-ІІ-120W (TOP) AgroLED-ІІ-120W (TOP) LED lamp is designed to create the main artificial lighting in industrial and domestic greenhouses. Due to the unique high photon flux density of 2100 μmol/м2∙s, this lamp is used while growing salads in one level, greens and seedlings. The practice of growing seedlings under AgroLED-II-120W lamps (TOP) shows that they are similar to those grown under HPS lamps. Our lamps, in contrast to the sodium ones, deliver necessary (dedicated) light to the plants, promoting photosynthesis and photomorphology. The plant spends less energy for processing light energy thus developing at a higher rate. This leads to an improvement in the quality of seedlings (salad and other greens). Today AgroLED-ІІ-120W (TOP) is a beneficial alternative to sodium fixtures, energy consumption is only 120 W per hour and the radiant flux (Photosynthetic photon flux density (PPFD)) output is 50-60 μmol/m2∙s at a height of 1.4-1.5 meters from the floor level. This creates a uniform level of illumination over the surface of the greenhouse, which is sufficient for seedlings (HID illuminance equivalent depending on the location of the fixtures in the row is 9.5 thousand Lux) LED is a “cold” light source. The height of lamps location can be easily adjusted and kept in close proximity to plants, without fear of burns and overheating. Therefore, after growing seedlings, it is possible to switch to the lighting and growing of adult plants using horticultural lighting methods.
