Product Description
A 72-count tray designed for 35 mm Ellepots to support both seed and vegetative cutting propagation for hemp and cannabis crops. The cell dimensions and 75 ml/cm soil volume provide the substrate capacity needed to produce transplants ready for field or container planting. The Air Tray® design adds production flexibility by allowing early grading of Ellepot-based seed transplants according to variable germination rates. An alternative size (Air Tray® 89100) is available for different production systems; this thermoform tray has also proven effective in perennial liner production.

Detailed Description
The Air Tray® Thermoform 72-Count (35 mm x 60 mm) by Blackmore Company features a 6×12 cell configuration with 35 mm × 60 mm cells and a cylinder volume of 75 ml/cm. The patented Air Tray® geometry maximizes airflow around the root zone, promoting lateral root formation through air pruning and reducing root spiraling to produce uniform, transplant-ready liners. Packaged in pallet quantities of 1,760 trays, it suits commercial nurseries and greenhouse propagation across annuals, perennials and vegetable programs.
