The self-propelled distributor trailer RMD A is an autonomous solution for distributing dry and loose forages onto a mechanized conveyor belt or along feed bunks. It features an intuitive driver station and a rear drive-and-steer wheel enabling very compact manoeuvres.

A solution that eliminates the need for a tractor year-round for the distribution of dry and loose forages onto a mechanized conveyor belt or along feed bunks. Three capacity models are offered to match the needs of each farm.
Control and distribution
With its integrated intuitive control station, the self-propelled trailer (40 HP) has a rear drive-and-steer wheel with 180° rotation allowing it to turn on the spot. Distribution is controlled by a remote manual control at the auger to stay close to the conveyor operation.
Distribution
Material is conveyed by a chain-bar conveyor that reliably feeds forage to the detanglers. Distribution is carried out by a 40 cm diameter auger that channels the flow; a telescopic chute complements the system to ensure accurate approach to the conveyor belt.
Long-stem detanglers
The detanglers are fitted with retractable tines to feed long-stem material steadily to the auger and to prevent material wrapping at the detangler. The system includes a force-control feature to avoid overfeeding the auger.
Sliding detanglers
Detanglers 2 and 3 can slide forward to allow the lower detangler to work directly on the bale, easing unrolling and passage of round bales. (Option)
Weighing unit
The trailer can be optionally equipped with a weighing unit comprising 4 load cells, an information display and a remote tare control to know loaded quantities.
