TRANSPORTABLE, METALLIC TANK, homologated by the Italian Ministry of Transports and Navigation, ADR APPROVED, with UN marking and relevant labels, suitable to transport flammable fuel. Build in carbon steel Fe 360B, thickness. 2,5 mm. Main characteristics: • Vertical cylindrical tank, fitted into a shock proof and anti-roll protective steel frame • Watertight, fully-welded, sandblasted and powder coated. The coating is applied electrostatically (the powder is sprayed using an electrostatic gun) and is then cured under heat to allow formation of a resistant, protective layer • Manhole, diam. Ø 300 mm complete with gasket and tight bolted cover, thickness 10 mm • Homologated 2” safety and emergency vent valve • Safety ball valve installed at the suction/drain point, equipped with a lockable lever to prevent undesider opening • Structural lifting lugs for balanced lifting from the top (of full tank also) • Forklift pockets • Bottom anchoring elements • Earthing connection DISPENSING UNIT 5K: Lockable, metal cabinet fixed to the tank, dimensions 60x60x35 cm, totally powder varnished, complete with: 1’ in-line suction filter, electric pump mod. ATEX Ex-50, 50 l/min., 230 V. CC., 50 A with 5 m electric cable, flow meter mod. K33 ATEX for private use with partial setting counter (3 digits) and progressive totalizer, 2% accuracy, 5 m. hose with pressure fittings, automatic refueling nozzle, incorporated circuit breaker, complete with protection fuse in the IP 55 box.
