The design of the PO-series from ASA-LIFT sets new standards for leek harvesting. The open frame design minimises soil and leaf buildup, thus lowering downtimes and minimising maintenance work. A double shaking system ensures an optimum cleaning also under difficult conditions. The soft intake webs with large D-profile, combined with the unique ASA-LIFT boomerang spring, ensure also in difficult conditions a safe harvest. Hydraulically driven webs transfer the leek already in perfect position onto the following conveyor. The basic models are either for manual or hydraulic box filling or with cart elevator. Various options are available to adapt the machine to the different conditions.
