Trailed machine - available with one thresher with a 1 Cbm capacity. Harvesting : Pickup unit equipped with 8 rows of flexible teeth with roll bars and pods compactor. Also equipped with 2 gauge wheels and adjustable in height. 2 conveying rollers allow a perfect feed-flow to the threshing unit. The whole system is hydraulically driven. Threshing : The threshing unit is equipped with 2 large counterbalanced screws having a strong thickness. The 1st screw - the one conveying the stuff to the threshing cylinder - is equipped with a torque limiter to avoid any stuff jam. The 2nd screw - the one that threshes - is equipped with adjustable picking fingers to fit the product size. The sorting table is mounted onto elastic parts and is interchangeable. This makes it possible to choose sieve diameter depending on the type of harvested beans. Storage : Our combine harvesters are fitted with an elevator equipped with plastic strong buckets easily interchangeable and having a large loading capacity. The discharge hopper has a 5 Cbm capacity and is fitted with an Archimedean screw to distribute the cleaned harvest. 2 perforated grids make it possible to check the volume and allow a better dust draining. Blowing system : Vibrating table equipped with a suction sytem which allows a blowing at the output of the thresher. Side or rear blowing. Hydraulic system : Hopper jack equipped with load compensating valves. This system requires 4 double effect distributors + 1 plug for the hydraulic braking.
