Description

The Autocracy Machinery ditcher is composed of a toothed metal wheel. It is cheaper to operate and maintain. It can work in hard or soft soils, either homogeneous (compact rocks, silts, sands) or heterogeneous (split or broken rock, alluvia, moraines). Due to its design the wheel may reach variable cutting depths with the same tool, and can keep a constant soil working angle with a relatively small wheel diameter (which reduces the weight and therefore the pressure to the ground, and the height of the unit for transport). The teeth can be easily changed manually, and adjusted to allow different cutting widths on the same wheel. The teeth are placed in a semi-spherical configuration to increase the removal of the materials from the trench. TEETH: CUTTING EDGE TOOLS The classical soil-tool model called the “Fundamental Earthmoving Equation”. Cup tooth for clay, loamy ground, wet soil, and any type of dirt soil can also be used in combination with the other types to bring the soil out. Point attack tooth needs a higher cutting force than the others. ADJUSTABLE HITCH POINT MECHANISM The machine can be adjusted to any tractor with the help of the sockets given. You can now move the rods up and down to give your tractor the right fit. MUD FLAP The flap can be designed and customized to regulate the spreading distance of the excavated soil. PRECISION CRUMBER The crumber avoids back filling and gives a clean and neat ditch.
