Description

Aytok Hydrofilt VBE/CVBE filters; are electronically controlled capable of fully automatic backwash filters. For this process, the pumping of water will be enough and no need for extra energy. However, the electronic control unit must be powered by an internal battery in order to detect the contamination and start the backwash. By the help of the pressure occured as a result of the energy that the water receives from the pump, fully automatic backwashing is carried out and all filtering element are automatically cleaned. While this backwashing mechanism is operating, the filtering process continues. The dirty water occured in this process is automatically discharged during backwashing. Considering these aspects, the VBE series and its stainless body version (CHBE) series are fully automatic filters and more agile and efficient than systems with manual backwash and semi-automatic backwash. It also minimizes the user's time and water loss.
