Description

Overview
  • Roller Oven 155 is a rotary oven designed for drilling fluid aging tests with an integrated rotary mechanism for controlled sample agitation.


Main features
  • Chamber capacity: 155 L.
  • Microprocessor control with external LCD display and programmable timers for heating and rotation.
  • Temperature range: ambient +5 °C to 230 °C; accuracy 0.5 °C; stability ±1.2 °C at 100 °C and ±2.2 °C at 150 °C (per RP 13I guideline).
  • Heating performance: to 100 °C in 15 min, to 150 °C in 25 min.
  • Heating on three sides and natural air circulation to ensure uniform temperature distribution.
  • Rotary mechanism: 15 rotating cylinders; accepts aging cells of 250 mL, 500 mL and 1000 mL (configuration for 12 × 500 mL cells available).
  • Rotation motor with adjustable speed up to 25 rpm and digital speed display.
