Chick transport box CB6040R2

This transport box is designed for the safe, ventilated carriage of day-old chicks with an operational capacity of 75–100 chicks. Compared with the CB6040, the 6040R2 has a higher internal structure to increase usable volume during transport.

Designed for hatchery-to-farm logistics, the Chick Box 6040R2 provides controlled airflow and stacking compatibility to support welfare and efficient handling during loading, road transport and farm reception.

DESIGN & HANDLING
The box features a reinforced bottom structure and an optimized geometry to improve mechanical strength and facilitate manual and mechanical handling. Its stackable design reduces transport volume when loaded and when empty with a stacked height of 12.4 cm.

VENTILATION
Ventilation openings are positioned to ensure high airflow through the box, promoting a well-ventilated internal environment that contributes to chick welfare under varying transport conditions.

CLEANING & HYGIENE
