Hatcher baskets designed for professional hatchery use. Two standard models covered: HB165CM for chicken eggs (162–165 capacity) compatible with Chick Master and Emtech setter systems, and HB150TPS2 for turkey/duck eggs (126–128 capacity) compatible with Petersime, Pas Reform, Hatchtech and Emka systems. Both models are developed for improved durability, ventilation and hygiene required in commercial hatcheries.
IMPROVED STRUCTURE
Reinforced bottom resistance reduces bending and increases load stability. The turkey/duck model features an improved bottom grip to prevent chicks slipping and two lateral ribs to protect legs during handling.
HIGH VENTILATION
Side windows and an open bottom floor promote optimal airflow. The turkey/duck model uses larger bottom holes to further improve ventilation for larger eggs.
EASY TO CLEAN
Smooth surfaces and rounded corners allow efficient cleaning and disinfection to maintain high hygiene standards in hatchery operations.
