Description

Intake intake hopper produced by BIN is a part of PS220 screw auger conveyors system . It is a basic device in an intake station for grain, maize and oily seeds. It is designed to provide intake of the material from trailers, semi trailers and from loading platforms. Material can be transported with screw auger conveyors, bucket elevators etc. to warehouses, silos, and other places for grain and seed storage. It is particularly suitable for intake stations to BIN silos. A body of the intake hopper is made of galvanized iron. In its lower part there is a place to connect PS220 screw auger conveyor, to which another screw auger conveyor or bucket elevator or another device for grain transport can be connected. In the upper part of the body there is a grate with rims above its surface. The quantity of grain is regulated with a latch with a control lever. Construction and product destination The intake hopper has a module structure: PS220-KP-3.0- intake hopper module, 3m length, without the driving set PS220-KP-AKC- the intake hopper’s accessories The hopper also consists of PS220 screw conveyors, which allow transportation and unloading of the crop from the intake hopper: PS220-P1.0, PS220-P1.5, PS220-P2.5, PS220-P3.0- screw conveyors’ extensions PS220-N3/200, PS220-N4/200 – screw conveyors drives PSU220-I/O-200- the load/unload of the PS220 screw conveyors PS220-LOZ/P1- the polyamide bearing connecting the screw conveyors’ extensions MOCRUR200- the mounting of the screw conveyor pipes
