DELTA X® is a continuous effluent separation system for dairy barns that separates solid and liquid waste at source to prevent slurry formation, reduce emissions and improve barn hygiene. Compact and floor-integrated, it fits into traffic lanes and continuously evacuates liquids to external storage.

How it works
The system is integrated into the floor of traffic lanes and uses two lateral gutters set on a 3% slope to direct solids toward a motorized belt. The continuously moving belt conveys separated solid matter for sanitation and valorization while liquids are evacuated to an external storage pit.
