Description

The modern pig farmer of today naturally knows the Bouwplast System: a complete range of panels and profiles for the construction and layout of pig farms. Not new, but very familiar. This plastic dividing wall system has already been marketed and used in the agricultural sector with great satisfaction for many years, particularly, in the modern piggeries in the Netherlands, but also in most countries in Europe, North America and Asia. The panels and profiles are manufactured from impact-resistant hard PVC. The material has high chemical resistance and can withstand most acids and disinfectants. This makes the super smooth Bouwplast panels exceptionally suitable for use in the modern piggery. The Bouwplast range consists of a large number of panels and profiles in different thicknesses with a slide and click system. The panels are used horizontally for the construction of divisions between pens and vertically as complete dividing or section walls. The only Bouwplast-plus panel with smooth, even bottom edge is the panel BP 500/35-plus. This panel ensures optimum hygiene because dirt is excluded. The BP 500/35-plus panel is therefore ideal as the starting plank in divisions between pens for meat pigs and piglets. It is also then no longer necessary to drop the panel into the (concrete) floor. Naturally, the top of the panel has the unique Bouwplast-plus click connection with watertight rubber seal. Its 500 mm height also makes this panel suitable for use in the breeding shed. As well as being used in modern piggeries Bouwplast-plus panels are increasingly being used in calf farms.
