In combination with a bottom unloading system, you can choose to automate buffering and tipping of the peppers. On the concrete path, the bottom unloaders are being emptied in the 5 meter long buffer bins with a capacity of 1150Kg peppers. These buffers bins can be transported to the packing hall with a AGV system or a manual tow truck. In the packing hall, full buffer bins will get unloaded, and empty buffer bins will get loaded back on the undercarriages. This process can be completely automated. The Buitendijk-Slaman Buffer 5000 is custom engineered and produced to the customers situation.
