Description
The Series 99 towable implement carriers are equipped with a universal three-point hitch and hydraulic lift to convert implements normally mounted on a tractor lift into trailed tools. Typical compatible implements include cultivators, subsoilers, ploughs, vibratory cultivators and harrows. To tow ploughs, a left-side arm can be fitted to shift the wheel rearwards and prevent the plough from levering under the tractor drawbar.

Accessories and configurations
Carriers can be fitted with an "S" support for plough attachment and a "B" extension arm for a pivoting wheel that moves the wheel rearwards, enabling plough hitching without compromising tractor weight distribution. Photos show versions with a 5-furrow plough and a carrier complete with a two-furrow plough fitted with support "S" and arm "B" for the pivoting wheel.

Use
These carriers with a universal three-point hitch are designed to tow cultivators, tillers, vibratory cultivators and subsoilers; they are also prepared to make ploughs towable (using the pivoting wheel extension arm). The carrier limits downward thrust under the tractor drawbar when the tractor lifts the implement, preserving the tractor's weight balance.

Additional technical notes
Carriers are also compatible with SERIE 2000 ploughs to convert them into trailed units; the pivoting wheel extension arm is supplied for correct plough hitching, shifting the wheel rearwards to maintain balance characteristics and limiting upward or levering forces under the tractor drawbar.
