The rapidly changing nature of modern agriculture within the agro-environment now requires increasingly high-performance machinery for spreading solid materials. PANIEN VW spinning disc muck spreaders are available as single-axle models with capacities ranging from 7 m³ to 15 m³. They are designed for high-precision, multi-product spreading: manure, compost, poultry manure, chalk, digestate, sludge, and more.

Chassis

PANIEN VW spinning disc spreaders are equipped as standard with a reinforced chassis integrated into the body.

Running Gear

PANIEN VW spreaders are fitted as standard with an oversized axle, providing heavy-duty durability for intensive work. They can be equipped with either hydraulic or pneumatic braking. We design our spreaders with an axle track that allows for the fitting of very wide tires up to 800 mm.

Robust Body

The bodies of PANIEN VW spreaders are designed with steeply sloping side walls to facilitate material flow. The floor plate is covered with a Teflon liner to improve product flow and minimize wear. The chassis integrated into the body also allows for pre-installation of a 5-point dynamic weighing system.
