The Bio-Shredder and chipper Bio 400 combines both a hammer mill and disc blade chipper in one. The fineness of the finished product can be altered with the use of different size screens. A rubber belt conveyor can be fitted as an option to discharge the material even with a high moisture content. The lateral chipper is in a separate chamber from the hammer mill. This allows large logs to be fed through the chipper that cannot be fed directly through the mill. All high branches, leaves etc, can be put directly into the mill. The machines is capable of handling many organic materials including wood bark, scrob wood, greenery, flowers manure etc. The machine can be fitted with several options for use by contractors or public authorities ie road axle and towing hitch and sound insulation.
