Overview
Introducing the next generation of Case IH soil machine solutions. The Nutri-Tiller 1000 series combines no-till conservation benefits with conventional tillage to create uniform seed bands, improve soil health and promote even emergence. ISOBUS controls are standard, allowing adjustment from the cab.

Agronomic benefits
The Nutri-Tiller 1000 series forms optimized bands that provide uniform temperature and moisture at seeding time, promoting fast, even and vigorous emergence with potential yield gains. Bands are warmer and drier than surrounding soil, improving seed-to-soil contact and root development.

Band working unit
The new heavy-duty unit forms the ideal seedbed while preserving soil structure and reducing erosion. Key points :

• Designed for no daily maintenance.
• Hardened steel bearing collars to minimize wear.
• Pneumatically adjustable residue clearers, controllable from the cab, clean the surface before band formation.
• Parallel linkages providing a total vertical travel of 30.48 cm (15.24 cm up / 15.24 cm down) for consistent depth control.
• Front coulter ensuring a constant band depth.
• Optional adjustable finishing wheels to maintain band width and reduce soil loss.
• Automated wing downforce control system (maintains depth across the tool width).
• Berm Build'r MC (cab-adjustable) to achieve consistent band width and height (not available with the knife coulter option).
• Conditioner options: basket conditioner (for heavy soils) or Spider Berm Condition'r (optional, for light soils).

Residue management
Residue clearers remove all debris from the band ahead of the tillage element, ensuring a clean surface and excellent seed-to-soil contact. Settings are adjusted instantly from the cab for full control of band quality.

Berm and conditioner design
The Berm Build'r shapes and retains bands to manage moisture and support root development. Conditioner choice depends on soil type: basket (breaks clods, for heavy soils) or Spider (more flexible, for light soils).

Level and depth control
Parallel linkages ensure consistent depth even on uneven ground. Units provide 30.48 cm of travel and wing flex allows good contour following for uniform band quality.

ISOBUS integration and precision technologies
ISOBUS compatibility enables control and visualization on a certified ISOBUS display (e.g. Pro 1200). FieldOpsMC integration records and shares guidance lines to ensure bands are created exactly where the planter will pass.

Frame design
Robust, flexible frame available in 6, 8, 12 and 16-band options. Narrow transport width for easier road moves. Features :

• 21° wing up flex (Nutri-Tiller 1030 in 8/12/16 bands) to maintain uniform engagement with the soil.
• Models with 8, 12 and 16 bands have 3 flexible sections.

Fertilization solutions
Compatible with multiple fertilization systems (NH₃, liquids, dry products) and hitch options for wagons and carts. Fertilization solutions available through dealers depending on market.
