Description
The ASPI robot is a fully automatic manure-vacuum robot designed for cleaning stables. By continuously removing manure the robot helps keep barns clean and hygienic, improving claw (hoof) health and reducing infections by keeping udders and tails cleaner. The ASPI robot features an integrated water buffer tank to spray the floor, preventing film formation and reducing ammonia emissions. It is compatible with concrete floors and lined slats, with or without grooves, and navigates using laser sensors. The unit can be deployed in existing buildings without structural modifications. Charging the battery, filling the spray water and dumping the manure are performed at the same location (the Robot Toilet). The ASPI robot reduces labour by eliminating blind corners where manure accumulates and can be scheduled via a mobile app to fit feeding times. It is animal-friendly with low noise, no sharp or protruding parts, and optional light and sound signals. Wifi coverage is required across the entire working area.
