Overview
Our lift floors reduce crushed piglets by approximately 80% in the first days after farrowing. The system confines the sow for the initial three days. A spring mechanism automatically raises the floor when the sow stands and lowers it when she lies down, ensuring piglets have access to the teats while reducing the risk of crushing. After three days the floor can be deactivated to allow free movement of sow and piglets in the pen.

Free farrowing with minimal risks
Designed for practical on-farm use, the lift floor confines the sow for the critical initial three days to protect piglets from being crushed. The automatic spring mechanism controls floor position according to the sow's posture, maintaining teat access when she lies down and reducing crushing incidents. After the confinement period the system can be switched off to restore freedom of movement.
