Description

1. Wetaskiwin Co-op Ultimate Dry Cow Premix is designed to be mixed with grains and fed as a Total Mixed Ration to Dry (Non-Lactating) dairy cows. This Premix should be fed from dry-up until calving. 2. This product should be mixed at a rate of approximately 10% Ultimate Dry Cow Premix with 90% Ground grain to make a dry cow ration. 3. Expected intake is about 90-110 grams/head/day for mature dairy cows (of the premix). 4. Do not feed other free-choice minerals. Caution 1. Directions for use must be carefully followed. 2. Do not use this feed in association with another grain ration, supplement or premix containing supplemental selenium. 3. Do not feed this mineral to sheep. To aid in offsetting high potassium levels in the forage. Contains chelated magnesium. Improves magnesium uptake, lowers the effect of high potassium forage in the dry period. Organic Selenium. A portion of the selenium is organic to aid in selenium uptake. High Level of Trace Mineral and Vitamins. To ensure adequate trace nutrients in the dry period when the calf is drawing the most nutrients from the blood stream. Palatable to Ensure Good Intake. Best mixed with some ration or silage to get consistent intake.
