Cumberland’s fiberglass ventilation fans are manufactured using a “Resin Transfer Molding” (RTM) process for a smooth finish on both interior and exterior surfaces of the fan housing. The basic fan includes a heavy vinyl coated guard, PVC shutter and all aluminum and stainless steel mounting hardware. PERFORMER SERIES FANS Cumberland’s design team developed the Performer Series fan line to deliver the performance, efficiency and longevity that Cumberland’s ventilation fans are known for, while keeping the price as competitive as possible. HIGH EFFICIENCY Cumberland Performer series fan propellers are made of a tough composite fiberglass. Engineered with a true airfoil design, these propellers increase the overall efficiency of the fan providing optimum airflow effectiveness. PERFORMANCE DRIVEN Performer Series fiberglass fans include heavy duty 56-frame TEAO motors, 1" drive train (allowing for larger pillow block bearings and enhanced longevity), automatic belt tensioner, and large diameter pulleys with greasable pillow block bearings to promote greater belt wrap and extended life. OPTIONAL CONES The 36" and 50" Performer Series fiberglass models are available with or without cones.
