The CoronaD air inlet mix warm room air with incoming air and distribute this temperate oxygen rich air throughout the entire house - ensuring a superior climate and animal welfare from day one to finish. By supplying temperate, oxygen rich, air at floor level an optimised climate is achieved that boost the animals’ metabolism and growth. When a need for cooling arise, the CoronaD forces cool air downwards through the center venturi providing the most efficient air-cooling available in the poultry industry! Tests show that by mixing warm room air with incoming air the CoronaD returns 10kW of heat for each 1kW of electricity used. This heat pump like functionality therby cut the overall heat consumption by as much as 70% compared to other type ventilation systems. The motor for the CoronaD is UL/ULc listed and can run on both 50Hz and 60Hz power grid.
