Product Description
The SC001 is an electric selector with a stainless steel mesh belt designed for the precise selection of harvested horticultural products. The SC001 electric vibrating system ensures excellent product cleaning, discarding even the smallest impurities in small-leaf crops.
The SC001 is designed as an accessory for the 'Ell-e' electric harvester for fourth-range leafy vegetables but can also be used independently. The standalone use is suitable for agricultural companies operating in this sector to select products for sale after the harvesting process.
When used simultaneously with the indicated harvester, Ell-e, the Selector is installed on the machine and becomes part of a single agricultural machine that simultaneously performs harvesting and selection operations of the cultivated products.
The size of the steel mesh can be modified at the time of order, depending on the type of vegetable to be selected. The belt performs the selection: once loaded, the product larger than the metal mesh continues its path to the exit surface.
The separation operation between larger leaf products and waste is carried out by shaker rollers that stimulate the conveyor belt, inducing a jolting motion. Thus, the combined action of the rollers and the belt allows the selection of harvested vegetables. Waste products are collected by gravity in the container placed below the belt. Residues on the mesh are collected in the container.
Thanks to the ability to select products at the same level as the cut, waste and rejection by the wholesaler will be avoided.
