This machine has been conceived for the harvesting of industrial vegetables, spinach type, and medicinal herbs with a daily production of 140-150 Ton approx. Equipped with a John Deere 4-cylinder type engine, turbo, with 140 HP power and special silencer designed to significantly reduce noise. Fitted with hydrostatic drive, 4-wheel drive, that is electronically controlled by a joystick and steering gear with hydraulic steering and steering wheel. Thanks to the experience gained in more than 60 years and four generations, the evolved hydrostatic drive enables the four driving wheels to work under prohibitive conditions such as wet ground and strong humidity. The mowing bar is double-blade hydraulically-controlled and available in two versions of Mt. 2,25 and Mt. 3,00; the second version of Mt. 3,00 is suitable for short leaf vegetables, type spinach, parsley and basil. The cutting height adjustment is controlled by a hydraulic device, which guarantees perfect and total work height control without damaging or mistreating the crops and the ground. The cutting equipment weight can be adjusted making it lighter or heavier so as to better adapt it to each type of product. The loading system could be conceived with rubber belt or reentering springs; the rubber belt complies with the rules in force for the foodstuffs and it is suitable for short leaf vegetables type spinach, parsley or basil. The reentering springs is suggested for long leaf or voluminous products like medicinal herbs or chamomile.
