The plow headstock has a solid and resilient Category II or III hitch shaft. The shaft protects the tractor and headstock by absorbing high impact loads. The headstock is attached to the frame with an axle made of high quality heat-treated steel. Two lubricated roller bearings are mounted on the axle. Special durability and long service life are guaranteed.
The height-adjustable support leg allows easy coupling to the tractor.
The front furrow width can be set via an external adjustment screw.
If the working width of the first housing is too narrow, unscrew the screw. If it is too wide, tighten the screw.
Use the internal adjusting screw to adjust the pulling point.
If the tractor is pulling towards the ploughed ground, unscrew the screw. If the tractor is pulling towards unploughed ground, tighten the screw.
Reliable turning mechanism.
Two hydraulic cylinders turn the plough quickly and smoothly by 180 degrees on an axle made of high quality, heat-treated steel. The axle rotates on two lubricated roller bearings.
Fine adjustment of plough's tilt position in furrow is done with adjustment bolts separately for each side.
Variable working width.
The working width is adjustable in 4 steps by manually swiveling the ridge elements. This enables easy adjustment of the plough to different conditions (soil conditions, tractor, etc.).
When adjusting furrow width skimmers also change their position automatically.
The shear bolt breaks under load, the plough body deflects from the obstacle
Wide profile support wheel.
