Overview
Seed Master Integra is an integrated seeding monitor for planters and air drills providing seed-flow and blockage detection, seed counting and population display, granular fertilizer flow monitoring, hopper level alarms, rotation guards and hectare counting. The unit displays performance for up to 128 rows on a high-contrast graphical 4.7-inch LCD. Two i-LiNE ports allow separate monitoring for seed and fertilizer rows. Operation is via direct keys and status LEDs.

Seed Blockage Sensors – DS4000i (summary)
DS4000i optomodules are designed for seed-flow monitoring on drills. Each module uses four infra sensors to detect small seeds (e.g. oilseed rape) and registers flow without needing seed buildup in the hose. Fast and precise calibration allows immediate detection of blockages.

Fertilizer Blockage Sensors – DSGR4000i (summary)
DSGR4000i modules monitor granular fertilizer flow continuity on precision planters, air drills or mechanical drills. Each optomodule contains a microcontroller for intelligent signal processing. Linear connection and interchangeability speed up installation.

Dust Detection & Compensation (DDC)
Digitroll sensors include Dust Detection & Compensation to extend operation between cleanings. The system increases IR light output as sensor surface dusts; when a threshold is reached a 'dusty sensor' indicator is shown and a cleaning alarm can be triggered. DDC maintains sensitivity automatically.
