Description

• 102-1/4″ wide, #304 stainless steel hopper construction • 88″ overall width – 120″ max. overall width (2 different models) • Hoppers available in 11′ thru 14′ lengths • 2″ x 4″ #304 stainless steel tubing cross supports • 30″ wide belt over chain, heavy pintle chain, 3/8″ thick cross bars with multi-ply belt • Double PWM valves for belt & spinner control • Closed loop spinner control • Extra heavy duty 6:1 reducer spur gear conveyor drive (high efficiency-low maintenance) • Includes heavy duty oil cooler with twin fans, 42 gallons per minute • Standard with 24″ dual dished spinners, mounted on #304 stainless steel undercarriage • “Easy-Set” fully adjustable material divider which allows fine adjustment in spread pattern (fertilizer or lime), all #304 stainless steel • Hydraulic valve and encoder is mounted towards the front of the box, which keeps it out of corrosive environment at rear of box •- Material sensor on gate, let’s operator know when material is out • Front mounted #304 stainless steel oil reservoir, eliminates side spills and evens weight distribution • Fulul-float #304 stainless steel fenders, with mud flaps • Includes all L.E.D. lighting, with standard 7 pin connector • Factory assembled & tested
