GOLDWELL is a perennial ryegrass variety bred from DSV France material. It is classified as a Milk Index variety thanks to its highest sugar content (+4.5% in trials) and is particularly recommended for grazing systems. GOLDWELL requires time to establish but then outperforms other intermediate diploid varieties, with very strong late‑summer and autumn grazing yields (106% and 109%). It also performs well in silage regimes after the first harvest year.
