Description

Our ETP Pallet Transfer Stations optimize time and work and are easily and flexibly integrated into the production process. Therefore, they save you time and costs and make your work easier. Their low construction height prevents the use of fork-lift trucks, eliminating the costs involved, i.e. saving on purchase and maintenance costs. In addition, it is not necessary to build a pit, saving also the costs of execution of civil works. The roller or chain conveyor can be fed directly by a pallet truck or integrated into a line of conveyors. Robust, highly reliable and long-lasting solution, with the most advanced and modern technology to cover any heavy lifting need. With a design adapted to the manual entry of pallets, its fairing channels the load, and by means of a motor reducer the roller conveyor is motorized to carry out the transfer completely. The design of the upper structure can be adapted to EURO, INDU, CHEP, Düsseldorf (half pallet), etc. pallets or even Roll Containers. Available up to a load capacity of 2000 kg and a maximum lifting stroke of 1100 mm, in a hydraulic or electric version, in a lacquered, oven-galvanized or even stainless steel version in food quality and, of course, also in special finishes according to the customer's own specifications. Our ETPs incorporate all the necessary safety devices. They are equipped with the EC Certificate of Conformity and are built in accordance with DIN EN 1570.
