Vertical Slick silos, available in models for both top loading and pneumatic loading, represent the technological evolution of robotic production. The specific glass smooth inners shape and the lack of welding rods and contact with joining bolts both guarantee the perfect flowability of the storaged products. Their modularity allows them to be ideal products for container shipment in large quantities, with significant savings of import costs. Features 1 The top cover is used for the silo’s loading. Alternatively, a filling with pipe system is available for all models. 2 Extraordinary access for maintenance of the lid is equipped with a solid metal protective cage, with the opening sized to prevent the operator from any accidentally falling outwards. 3 Thanks to the smooth glass interior surface of the two shells vertically bolted are, feed or other storaged raw materials flow off perfectly. 4 The hot galvanized legs are made by a single calendered tube with an automatic bending machine. They are furhter submitted to the passivation treatment. The passivating is an substainable product (chromium-free) made by resins, which gives an increased resistance to the oxidation of the galvanized steel. 5 The silos can be equipped with a graduated strip to keep under control the level of the storaged feed. 6 The terminal edge of the silo has a diameter of 860 mm. We can install several solutions to meet any unloading requirements (such as bottom outlet for rigid and flexibles augers, sliding shutter for manual unloading …) 7 The fixing plates with four holes are equipped for the assembly of loading cells or any extensions.
