Overview
Reinforced fiberglass silos for storage of road de-icing salt with design densities from 1300 to 1500 kg/m³ (higher on request). Available in two families — MILLENNIUM (MIR) and MONOLITHIC (MON) — with capacities from 3 m³ up to 104 m³ and stainless steel extraction systems, suitable for humid, corrosive or high-density products.

Features

• Fiberglass lids: bolted, hinged (2 or 3 handles) or ground-level opening; top loading by screw conveyor or pneumatic loading.
• Optional maintenance access with protective metal cage for cover servicing.
• Exhaust composed of AISI 304 stainless elbow and optional PVC or AISI 304 pipe, length adjustable to silo size.
• Market-leading standard lower opening Ø 860 mm; multiple AISI 304 extraction fittings available for rigid screw conveyors, slide gates, gravity, chain or electric discharge valves.
• Fixing plates with four holes for mounting load cells or extensions; all salt-contact metal parts in AISI 304 stainless steel (loading/vent pipes, fasteners, exhaust).
• Support structure: hot-dip galvanized legs (3 or 4 depending on model) with passivation treatment, U-profile support ring and bolted tie-rods.
